Production Coordinator, Immersive

About the role

Supports producers and project teams on rides, themed attractions and creative technology work, keeping schedules, communication and deliveries on track. Acts as a central link across departments to deliver projects on time and on budget.

What you will do

• Track work across departments and coordinate with crew managers on start and end dates
• Organise dailies, reviews and meetings, take notes and follow up on actions
• Keep ShotGrid and JIRA records accurate with schedules, notes and artist details
• Manage edits together with the editorial team
• Coordinate resources and liaise with support departments

What they look for

• Prior experience as a production coordinator on VFX, game engine or immersive projects
• Strong project and time management, able to prioritise competing tasks
• Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication
• Calm and confident in a fast-paced setting
• Basic grasp of live-action and CG visual effects workflows, file formats and resolutions
• Skilled note taker who can capture key points and summarise detail

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Project
• Knowledge of ShotGrid
• Experience on realtime projects in a game engine
