Program and Procurement Analyst

About the role

An office based analyst role supporting a program by coordinating procurement workflows, keeping purchasing records and aligning finances across several business systems.

What you will do

• Create, apply and improve procurement and administrative processes that keep the program compliant
• Read contract terms, federal rules and company policies to guide purchasing and settle unclear points
• Advise program leaders on procurement strategy, risk reduction and process improvements
• Process procurement actions in SC360 with correct financial coding and data flow
• Handle requests, bills of materials, requisitions and purchase orders from start to finish
• Keep procurement records and documentation current across Confluence, SharePoint and internal trackers

What they look for

• At least two years of related experience
• Skills in procurement, purchasing and e-procurement
• US citizenship
• Ability to obtain the required public trust clearance
• Judgment to make binding decisions within delegated authority
