CRO Strategist

About the role

Own conversion rate optimization strategy for several fast growing online stores, running frequent experiments to lift revenue per visitor. The role combines research, testing and direct client communication.

What you will do

• Build and prioritize A/B testing roadmaps using data and customer research
• Run experiments on offers, pricing, bundles, product pages, landing pages and messaging
• Analyze results to explain why tests won or lost and form the next hypothesis
• Review redesigns against an internal framework
• Use GA4, heatmaps and session recordings to find funnel bottlenecks
• Coordinate with designers and developers from hypothesis to live test

What they look for

• At least three years of hands on CRO experience, ideally at an agency
• A record of running A/B tests with measurable wins
• Practical experience with Shopify and direct to consumer brands
• Strong skills with GA4, heatmaps, session recordings and behavioral data
• Commercial thinking focused on revenue per visitor, not only conversion rate
• Clear written and spoken English and confidence presenting to clients

Nice to have

• Experience testing offers, pricing, merchandising, product pages and funnels
• CRO copywriting skills
• Basic HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with Intelligems, Convert, VWO or Optimizely
