Program Operations Specialist

About the role

Own project and case management for health underwriting products, guiding clients from implementation through ongoing service with cross-functional coordination and reporting.

What you will do

• Manage projects and cases across health underwriting products from intake to tracking
• Coordinate product, data, implementation, QA and client teams to resolve blockers
• Improve and automate processes using Salesforce, Jira and spreadsheet trackers
• Build standardized reporting on ticket volume, aging, bottlenecks and resolution rates

What they look for

• Five or more years in service delivery, implementation, case management or program coordination
• Experience at a software or SaaS company
• Working knowledge of Jira, Excel and Salesforce, including reports and dashboards
• Comfort working with technical teams and translating detail into business priorities
• Ability to manage many concurrent workstreams and hold teams accountable without authority
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Pay

USD 115,000 to 140,000 per year
