Own a portfolio of enablement programmes for the EMEA field and act as the regional execution partner for global programmes. Adapt centrally designed content so it fits local markets and delivers consistent quality.
What you will do
- Coordinate functional onboarding for the EMEA field, including assignments and regional adaptation
- Deliver methodology training and onboarding sessions and support regional all-hands events
- Build ad-hoc role training to raise skills, aligned with in-person learning events
- Apply readiness methodology across owned programmes, from needs assessment to outcome measurement
- Localise global persona content for language, regional examples and market context
- Run recurring regional enablement mechanisms, including planning, communications and follow-through

- Accountability for programme design, delivery and continuous improvement
- Ability to partner with global programme managers and regional business partners
- Skill at adapting centrally designed virtual, eLearning and in-person content
- Experience loading programmes into an LMS and communicating changes to leadership
- Comfort with stakeholder coordination and action tracking across the region
