Project Support Coordinator

About the role

A support role helping to run project administration, reporting and financial tracking in an international IT setting. The person keeps documentation and figures accurate while coordinating day-to-day activities with various stakeholders.

What you will do

• Handle daily project administration and coordination tasks
• Carry out calculations, financial tracking, data validation and project reporting
• Keep Excel spreadsheets and project and financial records accurate and current
• Support accounting-related administration, checking costs, invoices and figures
• Prepare project documentation, plans, meeting notes and status reports
• Maintain task lists, timelines and tracking tools, and coordinate meetings and follow-ups

• Experience in project support, coordination, administration, finance, operations or accounting
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail with numbers and documentation
• Good numerical skills and confidence with calculations and financial data
• Basic grasp of accounting principles and financial processes
• Organisational and time-management skills for handling several priorities
• Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, plus good communication skills
