Provider Partnerships Regional Manager

About the role

Lead a field sales team that grows revenue by building partnerships with healthcare providers, spending much of the week coaching representatives in person.

What you will do

• Manage, coach and motivate a team of provider partnership managers to reach and surpass sales targets
• Spend at least three days weekly in the field with representatives on ride-alongs
• Observe and guide live meetings with providers to sharpen selling technique
• Drive the sales activity that produces measurable growth
