  • Review stories and acceptance criteria early, flagging gaps and risks before build starts.
  • Write test plans, scenarios and cases with expected results and test data, and keep a traceability matrix.
  • Run manual functional, regression, integration and exploratory tests across web, mobile and API layers.
  • Log defects with clear repro steps and evidence, retest fixes and keep regression packs per release.
  • Add basic security checks such as access control, input validation and session handling, escalating issues.
