QA File Reviewer

About the role

Review property claim files and estimates remotely to confirm accuracy, policy compliance and correct coverage. The role also supports quality standards and adjuster coaching.

What you will do

• Review property claim files for accuracy, completeness and policy compliance
• Check estimates for correct scope, pricing and coverage application
• Spot errors, inconsistencies and leakage, and document findings
• Help build and maintain QA standards, checklists and best practices
• Support training and coaching based on review findings

What they look for

• 5+ years of residential property claims experience
• Field experience handling property claims and preparing estimates
• Proficiency in Xactimate
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry
• Solid understanding of homeowners policies and coverage
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills and attention to detail

Pay

USD 78,000 to 85,000 per year
