About the role

Own vault strategies end to end, from research and design through coding, deployment and live monitoring, with accountability for performance, safety and uptime.

What you will do

Design and ship vault strategies covering lending, yield aggregation, structured products and RWAs
Optimize signals, execution and gas-aware rebalancing across tokens and chains
Run due diligence on protocols, collateral assets and chains for strategy inclusion
Set and maintain risk parameters and automated de-risking logic
Extend risk monitoring and alerting, and join the on-call rotation

What they look for

Track record building quantitative systems that run in production
Strong Python with solid software engineering fundamentals
Applied optimization, statistics and simulation skills
Comfort with SQL and data pipelines
Experience owning production systems under pressure
Clear technical communication

Nice to have

Hands-on DeFi experience with lending protocols, vaults, AMMs or oracles
Solidity or EVM literacy, including forked-chain simulation
On-chain operational experience such as multisig workflows and bridging
TypeScript experience
