About the role

A leadership role driving company wide use of reality capture technology, overseeing the full data lifecycle from field scanning to insights, and mentoring a small team of associates.

What you will do

Lead adoption of reality capture technology across all construction phases
Own the data lifecycle from capture planning through processing and delivery
Write and roll out company wide standard procedures for reality capture
Mentor three to five associates in laser scanning, processing and new workflows
Train project teams and provide technical support on capture tools
Set quality control protocols to keep captured data accurate

Working knowledge of construction, ideally with a general contractor
Background in BIM/VDC, construction surveying or geospatial work
Curiosity about where reality capture is heading in the coming years
Willingness to spend much of the time on active job sites
