What you will do
- Oversee daily operations at 15 to 20 locations, keeping processes smooth, efficient and safe
- Design and run process improvement projects to raise efficiency, service quality and reliability
- Work with central teams so sites deliver a strong customer experience on every order
- Ensure site teams have the tools, resources and support they need
- Flex between operational detail and strategic planning, turning floor insights into scalable initiatives

- Five or more years of leadership experience, including managing leaders in operations
- Four to six or more years in warehousing or logistics, ideally third-party logistics
- Data-driven problem solver with strong Excel, Google Sheets or data analysis skills
- Familiarity with SQL
