Regional Sales Director, France

About the role

Lead the growth of the company's business in France, building the country plan and managing a small sales team to hit bookings and revenue targets. The role blends hands-on field leadership with long-term strategy and cross-functional partnership.

What you will do

• Own the French country plan, pipeline discipline and daily execution to meet or beat quarterly bookings and ARR goals
• Coach and develop a small group of Account Executives, joining customer meetings and modelling active selling
• Drive new logo acquisition among mid-sized businesses while building a strategy for larger accounts
• Raise market awareness and generate pipeline with marketing, business development and local networks
• Set operating rhythms, sales processes and methodologies that add structure and accountability while keeping agility
• Work with regional sales leaders and partners in account management, customer success, product and operations to align coverage

What they look for

• Experience leading sales in France with a record of hitting bookings and ARR targets
• Ability to manage and coach a team of Account Executives in the field
• Track record of new business acquisition across mid-sized and larger accounts
• Skill in building repeatable sales processes and go-to-market plans
• Passion for open source software and its commercial ecosystem
• Strong collaboration with marketing, customer success and product teams
