What you will do
- Find and pursue new business through research, cold outreach, networking and industry events
- Visit customers to explore growth potential and propose tailored product solutions
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
- Act as main contact for distributors and end users, handling enquiries, complaints, logistics and order tracking
- Advise customers on designing, installing and setting up transverse jaws, and troubleshoot sealing problems
- Record customer details and sales progress in Salesforce and coordinate with engineering and logistics

- Two to five years in technical support, maintenance or work with packaging machinery such as form fill seal machines
- Good understanding of packaging machine components and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and validate technical drawings and to measure and document mechanical parts accurately
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, especially with sealing issues
- Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and willing to travel frequently, around half the time
Nice to have
- CAD experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
