Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Drive sales growth in Bay Area territories for cloud-based physical security systems. The role focuses on channel partnerships, new business and closing deals with key decision-makers.

What you will do

• Prospect, recruit and onboard new dealers while growing revenue with existing partners
• Build relationships with decision-makers, system integrators and end-users to surface opportunities
• Master the full solutions portfolio, including cloud access control, video management, IP cameras and wireless locks
• Manage the sales cycle from first contact to close and meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Demonstrate hardware and software and train system integrators
• Work with vertical, inside and field support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What they look for

• At least three years selling physical security, access control or video management
• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience
• Experience selling through a channel partner network and direct field sales
• Record of meeting or beating sales quotas
• Understanding of physical security technology and ability to explain complex concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication and skill with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace
