About the role

Outbound sales role placing candidates directly with client companies, booking qualified meetings for sales representatives. The work covers prospecting, qualifying leads and managing outreach across several channels.

What you will do

• Reach prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels
• Qualify leads against set criteria and identify genuine sales opportunities
• Book qualified appointments and meetings for account executives or sales managers
• Research prospects and businesses to find relevant opportunities
• Record interactions and activities accurately in the CRM and follow structured outreach sequences

What they look for

• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Confidence speaking with prospects and decision makers
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls
• Strong objection handling and active listening
• Ability to qualify prospects and spot genuine buying opportunities

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
