A remote role keeping business records accurate and daily operations running smoothly. The specialist handles data entry, scheduling, client communication and sales support tasks.

What you will do

• Keep databases, spreadsheets and CRM records accurate and up to date
• Handle filing, documentation and general administrative duties
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups and appointment scheduling
• Support sales tracking, order processing and account updates
• Prepare business documents and reports, flagging record discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep operations efficient

What they look for

• Strong written and spoken English
• Prior experience in data entry, administration, sales support or customer service
• Careful attention to detail when handling data and documents
• Ability to work independently and juggle several priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours and willingness to undergo a background check
