Remote Outbound Sales and Appointment Setter

About the role

You will reach out to prospective members by phone, explain health plan options and book qualified sales appointments. The role is fully remote and focused on meeting appointment and performance targets.

What you will do

• Call prospective members and qualified leads to introduce available healthcare services and plan choices
• Book qualified appointments and keep following up with leads
• Build rapport, answer objections and use sales techniques to secure appointments
• Give accurate information and professional service over the phone and by email
• Keep precise records of calls, appointments, follow-ups and customer contacts
• Hit individual and team appointment and performance goals while following scripts and compliance rules

What they look for

• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills, including handling objections and rebuttals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business tools, plus attention to detail and multitasking

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM and sales-tracking systems
