What you will do

• Own, build and run your own startup in a field such as renewable energy
• Follow a personal development programme designed by unicorn founders
• Get help hiring through a large professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive coaching to prepare the company for raising funding
• Iterate the product until product-market fit and build sales or marketing capacity

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to significant revenue
• Excellent English communication skills
