Representative Northern Andean Region

About the role

Act as the local face of a global expert network in the northern Andean region, recruiting small and medium enterprises and connecting them with volunteer advisers. The engagement is part time and paid per completed project.

What you will do

• Recruit SMEs in the food security sector that fit the organisation's mission
• Build and maintain relationships with business clubs, entrepreneurs, professionals and other stakeholders
• Support entrepreneurs pursuing sustainable and inclusive growth
• Coordinate work between entrepreneurs and volunteer experts so projects run smoothly
• Deliver at least twelve successful projects each year

What they look for

• At least ten years of proven success building client relationships, with strong acquisition and project management skills
• Entrepreneurial experience and a strategic approach to building a client portfolio
• Strong interviewing and listening skills to uncover client needs

Benefits

• Monthly base payment of EUR 125 for local travel, communication and basic operating costs
• Result based payment of EUR 500 for each successful project
• Flexible part time commitment of roughly 6 to 15 hours per week
