About the role

Own enablement for the enterprise and strategic sales segment, building programs, playbooks and coaching that help account executives win complex multi-stakeholder deals and expand existing accounts.

What you will do

Cover both new logo acquisition and in-account expansion across the product line
Review call recordings to spot trends and diagnose skill gaps
Deliver enablement in live, virtual, roleplay and eLearning formats
Build and maintain certification tracks on product, methodology and competitive positioning
Own and update segment playbooks and battlecards for executive alignment and procurement navigation

What they look for

Experience coaching enterprise sellers through complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
Ability to design enablement programs across several formats
Skill at diagnosing gaps from field conversations and recordings
Ability to partner with sales leadership on prioritisation and calendars
