RevOps Technologist

About the role

A remote technical role turning business requirements into working revenue systems by configuring CRM, automating processes, migrating data and integrating platforms for mid-market B2B clients.

What you will do

• Build and refine HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, forms and views
• Create and troubleshoot workflows for lead routing, lifecycle progression and sales handoffs
• Map, import and reconcile data during sample, production and delta migrations
• Implement and debug HubSpot integrations using native connectors, middleware and APIs
• Configure products, line items, quotes, subscriptions and approval workflows
• Build and validate reports, dashboards and calculated properties

What they look for

• Substantial hands-on HubSpot implementation experience with personally configured systems
• Strong background cleaning data, mapping spreadsheets and importing related records
• Experience in multi-company CRM environments
• Ability to translate source exports into documented mappings
• Comfort collaborating with architects, leads and project managers

Nice to have

• Salesforce or Pipedrive migration experience
• Work with ERPs such as NetSuite
• Middleware experience with Celigo, Make or Zapier
• Quoting tools such as Qwilr

Pay

USD 3,000 to 3,500 per month
