Sales Manager, PET Packaging & Compressor Solutions (Americas)

About the role

A sales leader drives growth across the US, Canada and the Caribbean for gas, compressor and PET packaging applications. The role reports to the general manager and owns the full sales cycle.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales plans for CO2, biogas, industrial compressors and PET packaging
• Find prospects and projects, engage decision makers and close deals
• Build relationships with end users, engineering firms, equipment makers and distributors
• Grow existing accounts and work with engineering and service teams on solutions
• Track market trends and competitors, forecast sales, hit targets and represent the firm at events

What they look for

• Proven B2B technical sales and account management success, ideally in compressors, gases or packaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of the North American market and an established contact network
• Able to identify, develop and close new business in industrial equipment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship skills with technical depth
• Willing to travel up to half the time and authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

• A bachelor's degree in engineering is strongly preferred, though extensive industry experience may replace it
