Sales Representative

About the role

A remote sales role focused on helping residential and business customers choose technology support and subscription services. The representative handles inbound and outbound conversations and guides customers to a purchase decision.

What you will do

• Respond to incoming sales enquiries and call assigned leads and prospects
• Ask questions, listen carefully and record customer needs to recommend suitable services
• Explain what services cover, their cost, subscription terms and next steps accurately
• Build rapport, handle objections and close sales while pursuing individual and team targets
• Keep lead and follow-up records current in the CRM, including notes and outcomes
• Work with service teams to set expectations and escalate issues needing specialists

What they look for

• Strong spoken and written English for clear communication with customers in the United States
• Customer-facing sales background with evidence of contributing to sales goals
• Solid listening, questioning, objection-handling and follow-up abilities
• Comfort using CRM tools and several systems while keeping records accurate
• Basic knowledge of computers and common tech problems, plus willingness to learn the services
• Good organisation, dependable attendance and independent priority management in a remote setting

Nice to have

• Phone sales, inside sales or contact centre experience serving customers in the United States
• Experience selling technology services or subscriptions with inbound and outbound leads
