You will build, maintain and troubleshoot the Salesforce processes that the largest teams depend on daily, working across sales, investment support and investment operations to scope and deliver projects.

What you will do
- Work with sales operations and related teams on Salesforce initiatives
- Collect requirements and map how they affect each stage of the investment process
- Help set project scope and keep timelines on schedule
- Design, build, test and maintain Flows of all types to meet business needs
- Debug existing Flows, tracing failures through multi-flow chains and integrations
- Support analysts with root cause analysis on internal support cases
