What you will do
- Build Salesforce solutions with declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, record types and layouts
- Write Apex or LWC only when configuration cannot meet the need, following secure coding standards
- Support integrations through native Salesforce tools or REST and SOAP APIs
- Take part in configuration and code reviews, keeping documentation and version control consistent
- Help with CI/CD pipelines, deployment preparation and metadata integrity

- At least three years of Salesforce development or configuration experience, ideally in federal or regulated settings
- Hands on work building declarative Salesforce solutions including automation and security
- Some exposure to Apex or LWC, with the ability to debug and extend existing custom logic
- Understanding of secure development, environment governance and compliance expectations
- Authorization to work in the United States, with US based candidates only
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and FlexCards
- Experience using Azure DevOps for work management, pipelines and deployment coordination
- Prior project work in DoD IL4 or IL5 secure environments
