Team Lead Analytics

About the role

Lead the analytics function within a business intelligence team while staying hands-on with data models and the semantic layer. The goal is to turn raw data into trusted self-service insights for leadership, investors and commercial teams.

What you will do

• Set priorities, coach team members and ensure high quality delivery across analytics engineering, business analysis and CRM data.
• Design, build and review dbt models in a medallion architecture and keep the semantic model and Looker assets consistent.
• Define, reconcile and govern investor reporting metrics so every reported figure is accurate and traceable.
• Partner with business analysts on requirements and with data engineering on ingestion, pipelines and data contracts.
• Establish code and design reviews, dbt tests, CI/CD, quality monitoring and runbooks, and retire legacy models.

What they look for

• Several years as an analytics engineer with strong data modelling, SQL and modern data stack foundations.
• Solid grasp of dimensional modelling, semantic layers and metric governance.
