Salesforce Project Coordinator

About the role

A remote role coordinating a steady flow of small and mid-sized Salesforce projects from kickoff to close, with real ownership and client visibility. It is a stepping stone toward senior project management or delivery leadership.

What you will do

• Own several client projects at once and act as the main point of contact
• Build and maintain plans, timelines and task trackers
• Run meetings, status updates and follow-ups
• Coordinate consultants and developers so delivery stays on schedule
• Track risks, issues and dependencies across the portfolio
• Forecast and manage resource hours and document scope changes

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
• One to three years in project coordination, project management or similar
• Strong organization and time management
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities independently
• Clear written and verbal communication and close attention to detail
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
• Client-facing or consulting experience
• Interest in earning Salesforce certifications
