- Own end-to-end solution design across several Salesforce clouds, covering data models, security, automation and integration
- Turn business strategy into a multi-year platform roadmap and advise on build, buy or configure choices
- Guide internal and partner developers through design reviews and best practices rather than hands-on building
- Oversee third-party integrators, checking that solutions use standard functionality and meet security and quality standards
- Maintain architecture records and standards, and assess new capabilities such as Data Cloud and AI agents
