Keeps the Concur and Ariba platforms running, configured and improving, and supports procurement operations through reporting, data quality and stakeholder engagement. Fully remote within the United States.
What you will do
- Test, troubleshoot and optimize Concur and Ariba systems, handling service tickets and SAP support coordination
- Configure and maintain modules and ensure integration with SAP ERP and other business systems
- Maintain accuracy of supplier, item and contract master data across teams
- Build scheduled reports and dashboards, track procurement KPIs and conduct spend analytics
- Act as SAP subject matter expert, lead change management and deliver user training and communications
- Work with stakeholders to refine procurement processes and align systems with policies
What they look for
- Five years administering SAP Ariba and Concur systems
- Five years of project management experience with strong leadership
- Ability to work fully remotely from a home based environment in the United States
- Experience with system configuration, integration and documentation
- Skill in reporting, analytics and stakeholder engagement
