Senior Account Executive, DACH

About the role

A remote-first sales role covering Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will win new accounts and expand an existing customer base, selling a technical data integration product directly to IT and business buyers.

What you will do

• Hunt and close new logo accounts across the DACH region, with sourcing as important as closing
• Own and grow a share of a large existing customer base, finding renewal and expansion chances
• Run discovery and value discussions on data integration, EDI and supply chain topics
• Manage the whole sales cycle from qualification to close, including pipeline health and forecasting
• Sell directly with no channel partners, owning each customer relationship from start to finish
• Use AI assisted research and lead scoring tools to focus time on meaningful conversations

What they look for

• A mix of new business hunting and growing existing accounts, not only one of the two
• Comfort talking with IT managers, EDI owners and integration leads, and building business cases
• German at native or C1 level or above, plus fluent English
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and team meetings

Nice to have

• Background in platform or data integration selling rather than point solutions
• Exposure to logistics, manufacturing or retail sectors
