Senior Account Manager, Digital Marketing

About the role

The role involves managing a set of client accounts and acting as a strategic partner, keeping deliverables on time and to a high standard while linking marketing work to business results.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of accounts spanning small businesses through enterprise brands
• Run strategic planning sessions, performance reviews and recommendations tied to business outcomes
• See projects through from kickoff to completion, keeping work on schedule and on standard
• Keep client stakeholders and internal subject matter experts aligned

What they look for

• At least five years of account management experience inside a digital marketing agency
• Enough digital marketing knowledge to handle client calls without subject matter experts
• A habit of checking every deliverable against a high quality bar
• Ability to move between clients without losing focus, context or quality
• Comfort leading conversations with executives and coordinating peers
• Sound use of AI tools with good judgment on accuracy, quality and confidentiality
