  • Manage wholesale receivables, customer payments, deductions and chargebacks, and reconcile the related accounts.
  • Handle accounting for Shopify and Amazon Seller Central sales, refunds, discounts and indirect taxes.
  • Own month-end close tasks: journal entries, account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
  • Supervise an offshore accounting team member, assigning work and reviewing deliverables.
  • Support cash flow forecasting with timely receivables and collections data for FP&An and Treasury.
