Senior AI and Full-Stack Engineer, DevOps and Technical Leadership

About the role

Build and run web applications with AI features while owning the Linux, database and deployment stack. The role also involves guiding developers and external contributors as the engineering base of a young company takes shape.

What you will do

• Create and maintain frontend and backend web applications, plus AI features, integrations and automations.
• Turn business needs into implementation tasks with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Design APIs, business logic, access control and connections to third-party services.
• Handle database schemas, migrations, query tuning, backups and recovery.
• Administer Linux servers, Docker environments, DNS, TLS and reverse proxies.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, run deployments with rollback checks, and investigate incidents.
