Senior AI Full Stack Developer

About the role

A senior engineer is sought to build, integrate, test and run secure AI applications for a government enterprise AI programme, owning core build, test and pipeline deliverables.

What you will do

• Design, build and deploy AI-enabled applications, services and interfaces
• Create LLM integrations, retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector search and agentic workflows
• Plan and oversee functional, regression, performance, accessibility, adversarial and acceptance testing
• Run AI-specific adversarial testing such as prompt injection, jailbreak and data poisoning before releases
• Enforce promotion controls, support MLOps workflows and prepare release packages and software bills of materials

What they look for

• Five or more years of relevant experience, including hands-on AI or ML engineering, data, cloud or software engineering
• At least one year of hands-on work with generative AI, LLM integration, retrieval, model evaluation or agentic systems
• Strong Python skills for building AI applications, APIs, services and automation
• Experience with retrieval pipeline design, semantic retrieval, vector databases and cloud AI workflow orchestration
• Knowledge of AI testing, model evaluation and responsible AI practices
