About the role

Build conversational agents that handle customer interactions such as claims and policy changes across several channels. You will own the design and roadmap of these agents for insurance clients.

What you will do

Turn complex insurance journeys into agent workflows
Connect agents to core insurance systems through APIs
Use data and customer feedback to improve agent performance
Keep systems compliant, secure and auditable
Mentor engineers and help set technical standards

What they look for

Five or more years in software engineering, including two building production LLM or AI agents
Hands-on work with RAG, tool calling and agent frameworks
Strong Python or TypeScript and API integration skills
Background in insurance, claims or policy servicing, or financial services
Product sense for measuring success and client impact
