What you will do

  • Investigate complex and escalated cases, including L2 alerts, enhanced monitoring reviews and L1 transaction monitoring
  • Own cases end to end, decide whether to file, and draft and file SARs or STRs
  • Handle transaction monitoring alerts when needed and spot trends across work types
  • Support requests from law enforcement, banking partners, policy, legal and compliance operations
  • Escalate significant risks to the MLRO and compliance leadership and help with regulator and audit inquiries
