What you will do

• Lead projects that cut risk and raise operational efficiency.
• Analyze processes to find gaps, root causes and chances to standardize.
• Handle intake requests: run discovery, judge urgency and impact, update docs.
• Work with cross-functional partners to align stakeholders and settle dependencies.
• Define requirements, handoffs and success measures before process changes go live.
• Check whether changes worked, using data and feedback to keep improving.
