What you will do
- Manage enterprise implementations, building project plans, tracking milestones and completing deliverables on time
- Lead kickoff meetings, process reviews, configuration workshops and tailored training sessions
- Advise clients on workflow design, firm operations and change management to boost adoption
- Help customers import contacts and work items accurately using Excel and similar tools
- Spot risks early and coordinate with sales, customer success, product and support teams
