Support daily payment workflows, reconciliation and financial reporting so money moves accurately and on time. Work with internal finance teams and external banking and payment providers.
What you will do
- Execute domestic and international payments and verify details and authorizations
- Investigate and resolve payment failures, chargebacks and discrepancies
- Document workflows and flag inefficiencies with ideas for automation
- Ensure transactions follow AML, KYC and internal control policies
What they look for
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics or business
- Two to three years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with payment processing and bank reconciliation
- Comfort working to tight deadlines and with high volumes
- Strong attention to detail, shown through reconciliation, auditing or data entry work
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Fluency in Russian
- Fluency in Spanish
- Fluency in Portuguese
