Senior Business Development Manager, ITIL

About the role

Drive new business and build a strong pipeline for ITIL products across the US market. Develop senior relationships with training organisations, universities, corporations and government bodies to grow awareness and market size.

What you will do

• Oversee market expansion activities across the US territory
• Engage corporations, government entities and professional bodies to grow product awareness and market size
• Support partner organisations in the US to increase ITIL product sales
• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision makers
• Mentor a commercial and events team toward set goals
• Manage a pipeline of leads and key accounts and report progress to headquarters

What they look for

• Postgraduate degree in IT, ideally an MBA
• More than eight to ten years driving corporate-level business development with a proven record
• Entrepreneurial self-starter able to work across cultures
• Understanding of channel development, strategic and consultative selling, and partnership strategy
• Strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills with executives at all levels
• Advanced English, with C2 certification desired, and advanced computer literacy

Nice to have

• Awareness of ITIL
• Experience in education, consulting or examination and certification sectors
• International corporate background
• IT consulting or technology background
