What you will do

Build and carry out a risk adjustment strategy for each provider group you cover
Review medical records and analyze data, then run education sessions aimed at better documentation and coding
Create compliant slide decks and webinars shaped around each group's risk adjustment topics
Work with network performance, quality and cost strategy, and relationship owners on shared goals
Track quality reports and respond to findings with targeted provider feedback

AAPC CPC certification
At least three years teaching providers about risk adjustment
At least three years reviewing medical records
Medicare risk adjustment knowledge and familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 guidelines
Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables, plus PowerPoint presenting to senior leaders
