What you will do

• Build impact measurement models that show how medical activities affect clinical practice and patient outcomes
• Run audience intelligence and analysis work, and set up data foundations for strategy
• Act as main client contact, present findings and keep medical, evidence, creative and technical teams aligned
• Contribute to new business pitches

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analytics or a similar field; an advanced degree is a plus
• At least six years in strategic communications planning or strategy consulting in healthcare or pharma
• Grasp of medical communications and US regulatory requirements
• Experience with big data strategy and analytics, linking scientific goals to behaviour change
• Familiarity with technologies such as AI, machine learning and next best action for omnichannel programs

Nice to have

• Formal training or experience in program evaluation methods, from healthcare or elsewhere
