What you will do

• Develop impact measurement models and audience intelligence and analysis programs
• Create integrated data and insight foundations used to shape strategy
• Apply the firm's impact measurement method to show how medical activities affect practice and outcomes
• Serve as the main client contact, present findings and build strong partnerships
• Coordinate with medical communications, evidence, creative and technical teams
• Contribute to business development by helping with pitches

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analytics or a similar field
• At least six years in strategic communications planning or strategy consulting in healthcare or pharma
• Solid grasp of medical communications and US regulatory requirements
• Proven big data strategy and analytics work linking scientific goals to behavior change
• Understanding of how technologies such as AI or machine learning support omnichannel programs
• A mix of analytical and creative ability with strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Advanced degree
• Experience on US domestic and global programs
• Formal training or experience in program evaluation methods
