Client Service Associate (Temporary)

About the role

Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and email, resolving inquiries and supporting operations for a temporary full-time remote role on Eastern time hours.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls and emails, troubleshoot login problems and guide clients through the portal
• Resolve inquiries promptly and track requests in the ticket management system
• Handle varied client requests professionally, including difficult situations
• Anticipate client needs and deliver solutions proactively
• Enter data and keep records accurate across systems
• Document processes and back up donor advised fund operations as needed

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfort using technology to communicate effectively

Nice to have

• Background in wealth management, RIA or financial advisory settings
