Create and scale Instagram video content that attracts brands and businesses, growing a relevant audience and generating qualified leads. Work closely with the CEO and use AI tools to produce videos at volume.
What you will do
- Create, edit and publish Instagram Reels aimed at brands and businesses
- Develop content ideas, formats and strategies that engage the target audience
- Produce a steady, high volume of videos from CEO materials and AI avatars
- Edit video with CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Hyperframe or comparable tools
- Tune content for reach, follower growth and qualified lead generation
- Test hooks, storytelling approaches, formats and trends, then track performance
What they look for
- Proven record making engaging Instagram video content, ideally for B2B audiences
- Strong video editing skills with CapCut, After Effects, Hyperframe or similar
- A portfolio of videos you personally created and edited
- Solid grasp of Instagram algorithms, engagement, distribution and organic growth
- Ability to turn views into relevant followers and business leads
- Creative storytelling eye and the discipline to manage production independently
