What you will do
- Deploy, maintain and optimise ML models in production to meet performance and latency targets
- Build pipelines for dataset generation, training, validation and performance analysis
- Set up monitoring, dashboards, drift detection and alerting for model quality
- Improve CI/CD, model versioning, reproducibility and infrastructure automation
- Find ways to lower serving costs and raise efficiency without hurting model quality
- Develop internal automations and agentic integrations that streamline ML workflows

- Strong Python skills covering APIs, async programming, testing and clean architecture
- Hands-on ML model development and production deployment experience
