Senior Corporate Development and Planning Analyst

About the role

Leads complex financial analysis for strategic growth deals and capital planning, guiding enterprise strategy and major transactions. The role supports leadership with business plans, risk reviews and data driven recommendations.

What you will do

• Build and revise financial evaluations of major strategic partnership deals and present findings to leadership
• Partner with strategy, legal, tax, finance and clinical experts on business plans, risk reviews and sensitivity analysis
• Lead analysis to assess and rank strategic capital initiatives within the capital planning cycle
• Prepare, analyze and share key financial information, including business plan reviews and capital reporting
• Carry out departmental goals and standards while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and guide junior corporate development analysts

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or a related discipline
• Three years of experience in a functionally related role
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Willingness to live in Northeast Ohio for occasional on site work and town halls
