- Carry out rack and stack installations, structured cabling and lifecycle management in production data centers
- Diagnose and fix hardware and network faults, repairing or swapping out failed parts
- Work through operational ticket queues and run scheduled corrective maintenance and break/fix work
- Keep asset tracking records accurate and travel domestically and internationally up to half the time
