Senior Data Scientist

About the role

The team turns raw global data into measurement products, and this role sets the statistical methods and model code behind them. Work runs end to end, from research through deployment and validation.

What you will do

• Lead research, discovery and development of machine learning models for media measurement
• Analyze very large datasets and turn findings into product direction
• Work with engineering and product on model design, deployment and validation
• Explain statistical results through visualizations and presentations for mixed audiences
• Run data science projects end to end with little supervision
• Evaluate internal and external product methodologies continuously

What they look for

• Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, data science, operations research or another quantitative field
• 5 years in a data science role, ideally market research or advertising analytics
• Can handle and interpret large data sources on your own
• Knows regression, predictive modeling, stochastic modeling and simulation
• Familiar with clustering and tree-based models, including their trade-offs

• Media measurement or digital attribution experience
• Multivariate testing

• Linking survey data to behavioral purchase data
